5-MINUTE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are a great breakfast option when you’re short on time but want a nutrient dense meal. This blueberry smoothie packs in the antioxidants for immune health and memory.

serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1/2 tsp acai powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup oat milk (+ more for consistency)

 

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Add everything to a blender

  2. Start to blend on low, slowly adding more oat milk

  3. Increase the speed to medium

  4. Stop adding oat milk when it becomes thick and creamy

  5. Pour into a jar and top with almond butter, extra blueberries and hemp seeds
