ELEVATED AVOCADO TOAST

Avocado provides beneficial mono unsaturated oils that are anti-inflammatory and incredibly healthy for the reproductive system.

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice seeded bread

1/2 medium avocado

1 heaped tbsp hummus

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1-2 tsps kimchi

Juice of 1/4 lemon

1/4 tsp salt

 

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Toast the bread

  2. Slice the avocado and drizzle in lemon juice and salt

  3. Mix hummus and turmeric

  4. Build the toast starting with a layer of hummus, then kimchi and finally the avocado
