Healthy soft-baked cacao + almond cookies

Makes 10 medium cookies | Ready in 20 minutes | Easy
Gluten-free | Vegan | Refined sugar-free
What you'll need:
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp melted coconut/avocado oil
1 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
for the chocolate dip (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil
25g dark chocolate
crushed toasted hazelnuts
How to make:
Heat the oven to 170c and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Roll the dough into 10 balls and place on a baking tray.
Press down each ball with the palm of your hand and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool whilst you melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a low heat.
Get your cookie and dip half in the chocolate and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
Now eat :-)
