Makes roughly 200g | Ready in 15 minutes | Easy

Food processor

Baking tray


  • 1 cup gf oats

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 raw buckwheat groats (optional)

  • 2 heaped tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 large medjool dates

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Heat oven to 180c/350f

  2. Add everything to a food processor and blitz until finely chopped and slightly sticking together (should take about 2 minutes)

  3. Lay flat on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Eat warm with almond milk, or leave to cool and put on top of smoothies or eat by itself!
