5-step easy chocolate banana bread

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A large bowl
Fork or hand whisk
Spoons for measuring
1 heaped cup mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)
1 egg (or sub with 1 chia egg if vegan)
2 tbsp avocado oil (or sub any other melted oil)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup almond milk
1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour (or sub regular plain flour)
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
100g vegan dark chocolate (chopped into chunks)
HOW TO MAKE:
Pre-heat oven to 180c or 350f.
Mash the banana in a large bowl. Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp avocado oil and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a fairly runny mixture is formed.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
Remove from oven and either leave to cool or enjoy straight away as a warm, gooey treat.
