Makes 10 bites | Ready in 3 minutes | Very easy

Vegan | Gluten-free

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25g vegan dark chocolate (melted)

  • 10 medjool dates (these are softer and chewier than regular dates)

  • 10 tsps salted nut butter (I used peanut)

  • Chopped nuts (I used hazelnuts)

  • Fresh orange zest

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Start by melting your chocolate in a small pan over a very low heat, stirring every few seconds (this should take less than a minute). Once melted set to one side.

2. Cut your dates down the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through, and remove the stone.

3. Stuff each date with 1 tsp of nut butter, top with nuts, grated fresh orange, then drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top.

(p.s. for extra pleasure, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top!)
