WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1 medium avocado
- handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- Topping ideas: dark chocolate (70% or above), cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, coconut meat
HOW TO MAKE
1. Scoop the avocado from its skin and add to your blender
2. Add all other ingredients and blend until super smooth and creamy
3. Before serving stir chunks of dark chocolate, and top with a your choice of healthy toppings
